Professional Development for MBAA Members
The Minnesota Business Aviation Association is proud to offer financial support for professional development exclusively to our members. To help sustain and grow the business aviation industry in Minnesota, the MBAA will offer a scholarship to current members seeking additional training opportunities through events, conferences, and professional development sessions offered by the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA).

Up to 1 MBAA member can be chosen to attend NBAA BACE 2026, October 20th - 22nd in Las Vegas, NV.
Successful applicants should meet the following requirements:
Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen
Applicants must be an active MBAA member (eligible categories include individual, associate, affiliate, and corporate membership levels)
Applicants must have been working in the business aviation industry in Minnesota, with 2+ years of experience
To be considered, applicants must submit the following information:
Cover letter (included in the linked packet)
A Letter of Recommendation from a relevant, professional contact
Copy of applicant’s current resume
Short (1 page) essay describing your involvement in business aviation and how attending your desired event will benefit your career path
Applicants will need to complete an interview with a representative of MBAA
Previous recipients may be eligible for repeat scholarships at the committee’s discretion.
Materials are due to scholarships@mbaa-mn.org by August 7th, 2026.
