Professional Development for MBAA Members

The Minnesota Business Aviation Association is proud to offer financial support for professional development exclusively to our members. To help sustain and grow the business aviation industry in Minnesota, the MBAA will offer a scholarship to current members seeking additional training opportunities through events, conferences, and professional development sessions offered by the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA).

Attend the NBAA's 2026 Maintenance Conference!

Applications are now being accepted for up to 1 MBAA member to attend the 2026 NBAA Maintenance Conference in New Orleans, LA, May 5th to 7th.

Application Requirements:

• Current MBAA member - eligible levels include Individual, Government, Associate, Corporate
• 2 or more years of experience in BizAv (as shown on your resume)
• Working as or aspiring to be an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic

and a 500 word essay sharing why you want to attend 

to scholarships@mbaa-mn.org by April 3rd.

The prize is $3,000 to go towards cost of conference credential, hotel, and lodging.
